National Workshop for the Study of Inclusion Aspects in Forecast-Based Budgeting Planning System in Social Protection Programs Applicable in Indonesia

Following the fieldwork in South Lampung in May, ASB and CARI organized a national workshop to conduct a policy and implementation review of forecast-based financing systems for adaptive social protection programs with consideration of inclusion aspects on June 7, 2023.

Various topics were discussed in the workshop, including the challenges and opportunities in implementing adaptive social protection programs, the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) for disaster victims' recovery, financing strategy for disaster risk reduction, and integration of data on people with disability.

Various government and non-government organizations, including representatives from the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bappenas, U-INSPIRE, MPBI, UNOCHA, and Wahana Visi Indonesia attended the workshop
