CARI! has been supporting Oxfam in documenting lessons learned from CTP practices during disaster response from 2018 to 2023. This includes reviewing and synthesizing Oxfam's existing CTP guidelines, lessons learned, and reports from previous responses. This documentation captures Oxfam's experience in Indonesia and its experiences, lessons learned, and best practices in the design, implementation, and management of cash transfer programs, and management of cash transfer programs. The documentation also includes recommendations for Oxfam in the future towards a more applicable and standardized CTP for humanitarian programs.
